Soundstorm is the MENA region’s biggest multi-night music festival, with eight stages and 200 artists from all over the world. Attendance at the festival topped 150,000 people per day.

THE CHALLENGE
Trivandi was appointed across both the 2022 and 2023 festivals to conduct an operational readiness workshop focused on integrated operations across all functional areas such as festival programming, traffic management, command and control, crisis communications, health and safety, guest experience, commercial operations, and media management.
THE SOLUTION
Trivandi conducted an operational readiness workshop in the Event Control space to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Trivandi also carried out observations during the delivery of the festival to assess the level of preparedness.
THE RESULT
Following the readiness workshop, Trivandi developed a Recommendations Report to support final planning and issue resolution prior to the event. Following observations during the delivery of the festival, Trivandi provided the organisers with a Lessons Learnt Report to inform planning for future events.
