ABOUT

Doha, Qatar hosted the 2023 International Horticultural Expo. The Expo fosters cooperation and the sharing of knowledge and solutions between countries, horticultural producers, and agricultural industries.

The theme of Expo 2023 Doha, Qatar was "Green Desert, Better Environment." The goal was to encourage, inspire, and inform people about innovative solutions and the reduction of desertification.

THE CHALLENGE

Trivandi was appointed to provide strategic and operational planning to the Expo 2023 Organising Bureau in the development of the masterplan and operational plans for Expo 2023 Doha and the Al Bidda Park legacy.

THE SOLUTION

Our work included the development of the Operational Masterplan, Concept of Operations, Functional Plans, Operational budget, Commercial Strategy, Procurement & Supply Chain Strategy, Visitor Experience, and Stakeholder engagement.

Trivandi was appointed to review and update the Masterplans in a second phase, working with Hopscotch Groupe. Phase 2 involved updating the Concept of Operations, FAOPs, Visitor Experience, and Service Levels in line with a reduced budget and producing a list of required RFPs.
