Glasgow 2014 welcomed 71 Commonwealth nations and territories to the Games, where the athletes competed in 18 able-bodied sports and 5 para sports.

THE CHALLENGE
Trivandi were appointed to provide venue project management services, operational integration, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management, strategic advisory services, and health and safety assurance and leadership.
THE SOLUTION
Trivandi was at the heart of the Games’ successful delivery and operation by providing 12 full-time staff to the Glasgow 2014 Organising Committee.
The Trivandi team of Directors provided leadership and assurance support to the Glasgow 2014 Executive and developed key strategic plans for the delivery and operation of the venues.
Trivandi was involved in supporting readiness exercising and testing, and our team members were the venue operations representatives in the Games Operations Centre.
THE RESULT
Trivandi were instrumental to delivery of exceptional operations for the Games, from Senior Leadership strategic advisory through to operational planning, readiness and delivery.
