Unforgettable

Experiences

OurWhy

Unforgettable experiences are the beating heart of humanity. They forge deep connections, build communities, and remind us of our infinite potential.

Yet behind the scenes lies a complex symphony of planning, execution and anticipation. Time constraints, budget pressures, and the weight of expectation can turn an ambitious vision into a shadow of its potential.

By synchronising every step of the journey from idea to impact, Trivandi transforms visions into reality.

We passionately share our knowledge to empower local teams, unlocking the full potential of each unique experience to inspire positive change and create lasting legacies.

Our Why Image

OurStory

Trivandi was formed in 2013 by the leadership team that planned, delivered and operated the 120+ venues of the London 2012 Games.

Their mission was to share their knowledge and learnings from London 2012 to help the industry to keep growing, evolving and improving, whilst protecting our beautiful planet.

Since then, Trivandi itself has grown and evolved by building and nurturing a world-class global team of the industry's best talent in multiple areas of expertise.

We capture our knowledge and learnings from each project and apply them to next to drive continual improvement and leave a lasting legacy of knowledge and know how.

CSR

Trivandi is committed to ensuring that a high standard of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is built into our day-to-day operation. Our CSR Committee was launched in 2023 and meet regularly to discuss and drive community, environmental and social initiatives that give back to the communities we work in and leave a positive impact on our industry.

Charity Fitness Challenges
Our team have clocked the miles in various fitness challenges to raise money for charities that are close to our collective and individual hearts. Examples include Sport In Mind, The UK Sepsis Trust, Dubai Foundation for Women and Children, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Women for Refugee UK and more.
Beat the Torch Challenge
In April 2024, our global team completed the ‘Beat the Torch’ challenge, travelling the equivalent distance of the Paris 2024 Olympic Torch on the first leg of its journey from Olympia, Greece to Marseille, France through exercise. Team Trivandi swum, cycled, ran, walked and rock-climbed their way to the total distance of 2217km with two days to spare! We donated £2 per km and a total donation of £4,434 to the Olympic Refuge Foundation, which went towards 13 programmes across 10 countries, supporting displaced young people finding belonging through sport.
Ramadan Meal Distribution
In March 2024, our Dubai team volunteered during Ramadan with The Giving Family, distributing iftar meals to the less fortunate
Tackling Food Poverty in South London
In February 2024, our London team volunteered with community development charity, Pecan, to buy, sort and create emergency food packages at Peckham Pantry to support Southwark Foodbank. Each week, they support 100 households with emergency food parcels which feed a household for at least three days. Our team’s donation made around 16-20 packages.
Conserving the Environment in Rutland
Our London volunteered their time to help the Oakham Canal Green Corridor conservation project in Rutland. They worked together to clear overgrown hedges and fallen trees, creating habits for wildlife and conserving the green space for everyone to enjoy.
