Saudi Motorsport Company (SMC), the operators of the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, required professional services in the build-up to the 2023 and 2024 events to oversee and deliver the operational readiness and Main Operations Centre, ensuring improvements were required for future editions of the race,

Following the delivery of Readiness and Event Observation Reporting in 2023, SMC requested an extension of Trivandi’s support for the 2024 event.

For both events, Trivandi mobilised expert teams to evaluate all operational plans and documentation, conduct gap analysis, develop risk, issue and action logs, and utilise these to deliver operational readiness and scenario sessions.

During the race weekend, Trivandi deployed teams to track, monitor and report on key pillars such as Pre-Event Planning & Readiness, Guest Experience and Event Operations (MOC / C3).

Trivandi then deployed a team of eight experts to lead the Main Operations Centre for the event, including a Silver Tactical Advisor providing guidance for critical incidents and emergencies.

Trivandi developed post-event evaluation reports that captured key learnings and recommendations, and set strategic objectives and plans for future events.

These identified opportunities to improve the quality of operations, enhance the fan experience, and optimise the integration of delivery agencies, in order to deliver future editions of the events to the highest calibre.
