THE CHALLENGE
Solivus sought to expand their portfolio by installing their lightweight solar film on challenging structures like stadia and airport roofs. Trivandi was appointed to provide project and programme management services for these installations, including technical assessments, venue audits and feasibility studies.
The challenge was to ensure the successful installation of the solar film across various high-profile projects, managing the programme and project details efficiently.
THE SOLUTION
Trivandi provided comprehensive project management and programme management services for Solivus. We conducted technical assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate potential projects. Our team supported the installation of the solar film on various sites, including Cotswold Airport in 2022 was involved in the pre-construction phase for installing the solar film on five buildings at Farnborough Airport.
