THE CHALLENGE
Trivandi were appointed by Deloitte Qatar, on behalf of QNCC, to take on the challenge of maximising its core business operations and commercial opportunities. QNCC's management needed to ensure the operations were not only efficient but also aligned with best practices in the industry. This required a thorough review of their existing operations, management contracts, and organisational structure to identify any gaps and areas for improvement.
THE SOLUTION
Trivandi conducted a thorough evaluation of QNCC's operations and management contracts. We provided gap analysis and recommendations in relation to critical aspects applicable to the operations and management of the QNCC.
We conducted a review of critical capabilities and core business functions, providing advice and recommendations on missing capabilities and organisational structure.
Additionally, we provided advice and recommendation on core business decisions to ensure efficient and effective convention centre operations.
