Sports Boulevard

Sport Boulevard’s in-house team required professional services to define how the spaces would be operated, in preparation for Sport Boulevard’s opening.

Trivandi mobilised expert resources and applied our One Team approach to define the operational vision, set the strategic direction, develop the visitor experience and levels of service, develop the operating model and operational services, and develop strategic plans and roadmaps to ensure practical delivery of the identified scopes and services.

We provided integrated planning workshops, handover sessions and tailored documents for all operational departments, to ensure they have the understanding and capability to drive their operations forward for the next five years.

The work delivered is now being used by the Sport Boulevard Executive Leadership as a baseline to operate the site and support further future developments. It is also influencing other giga-projects around the region like King Salman Park and Qiddiya Sports Park.

Trivandi has subsequently been appointed to support with designing and delivering readiness exercises for Sports Boulevard Foundation. Trivandi aims to achieve this through planning and solidifying the collaboration between operational team members, wider SBF Divisions, suppliers and Saudi Government agencies.

5 phases have been proposed to SBF:

1. Scoping / Project Mobilisation;
2. Scenario Sessions;
3. Readiness Exercise 1 (SBF and Contractors);
4. Readiness Exercise 2 (Strategic – SBF Senior Management);
5. Readiness Exercise 3 (SBF, Contractors, Externals);
