AARHUS Stadium in Denmark engaged Trivandi as part of a consortium to provide comprehensive strategic advisory and design services for its redesign and development. The project aimed to enhance the stadium’s functionality, commercial appeal, and operational efficiency through a series of detailed design planning and advisory processes, including on stadium concept validation, commercial and design briefs, and operational business planning.

Trivandi conducted thorough reviews of site studies and land ownership plans, offering strategic advice on the project’s objectives, vision, and scope. Our Design team identified applicable international stadium standards and specifications and developed a detailed schedule of accommodation. Our team produced an illustrative site masterplan that detailed public areas, landscaping, and external amenities. Additionally, we provided comprehensive recommendations for match and event day operations, including overlay plans, circulation routes, access and egress, accommodation for functional areas, pitch recommendations, Royals/VVIP protocol and security, and parking and traffic management.

Trivandi's work contributed to the successful redevelopment of the stadium, enhancing its functionality and appeal as a premier sports and event venue. Key highlights included the successful integration of modern standards and improved public areas, creating a more engaging and efficient experience for visitors. The revised stadium design featured upgraded accommodation areas, optimised match and event day operations, and enhanced facilities for Royals/VVIPs.
