THE CHALLENGE

Trivandi was appointed by Landsec, as lead designer for the strip out and redevelopment of a retail unit that sits directly below the iconic Piccadilly Lights screen, in the heart of London's famous West End. The project aimed to transform the unit - previously occupied by a bank - into an iconic multi-functional venue to host a range of events across the calendar year. These include product and album Launches, art exhibitions, brand partnerships and event showcases.

THE SOLUTION

As an experiential marketing platform, BTL immerses audiences in memorable, engaging, and interactive brand experiences to foster emotional connections and drive a deeper understanding of products or services. It sees theatre and advertising intertwine to craft experiential marketing by blending storytelling, immersive environments, and interactive elements. Brands are able to create captivating narratives that actively engage the audience and evoke emotional connections, ultimately driving brand messaging and product promotion in a memorable and impactful way.
