THE CHALLENGE
Eden Project aimed to expand its impact globally with ambitious projects in the UK and internationally, including new attractions and developments. The challenge was to provide comprehensive project management and strategic guidance to ensure successful execution and integration of these projects, including the ‘Eden North’ project in Morecambe, the MEMO project in Portland, and international expansions in China and Australia.
THE SOLUTION
Over five years, Trivandi has supported Eden Project's UK and international portfolio by providing programme and project management services to support their ambitious development and expansion plans.
For UK-based projects, Trivandi provided strategic advice and management support on significant projects like ‘Eden North’ and the MEMO project.
Internationally, Trivandi’s role extended to supporting development, feasibility, project briefs and expansion plans delivered across Qingdao, Yan’an, Jizhou, and Hobart.
