THE SOLUTION

Trivandi Chanzo Limited was appointed in June 2016 as the operator for Games Planning and Delivery. This included the rapid mobilisation of 280 international staff and the senior management team across over 30 functional areas. We also recruited and trained over 400 local employees via our established Games Academy to leave a human legacy of event planning in the country.

A key part of our service was the preparation and running of operational readiness exercises and live simulations. We ran over 20 live simulations prior to the event, testing all elements of the Games.

THE RESULT

The AIMAG 2017 was a remarkable success, celebrated for its smooth execution and organisational excellence. Trivandi Chanzo’s meticulous planning and execution ensured that the event ran seamlessly, showcasing Turkmenistan’s capabilities on an international stage. The extensive simulations and operational readiness exercises contributed to a flawless delivery, while the local training initiative left a significant legacy, enhancing the country’s event planning capabilities for future endeavours.
