The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is an annual Formula One motor racing event held at the Yas Island circuit over four days including concerts held nightly after the race events.

THE CHALLENGE
The operators of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix required professional services in the build-up to the event to conduct a health check and identify where improvements were required.
Abu Dhabi had sold 25% more tickets than the previous year and they needed to understand if they had the operational capacity and capability to deliver.
THE SOLUTION
Trivandi mobilised expert teams to evaluate all operational plans and documentation, conduct gap analysis, develop risk, issue and action logs, and utilize these to deliver operational readiness and scenario sessions.
In order to ensure optimal guest experience, Trivandi tested the readiness between Commercial and Ticketing; Guest Experience; Security; Guest Services; Catering, Cleaning and Waste; Pre-Event Communications; Traffic and Transport (arrivals and departures); Signage and Wayfinding; and Operational C3.
During the race weekend, Trivandi deployed teams to track, monitor and report on key pillars such as Pre-Event Planning & Readiness, Guest Experience and Event Operations (MOC / C3)
THE RESULT
Trivandi developed post-event evaluation reports that captured key learnings and recommendations, and set strategic objectives and plans for future events.
These identified opportunities to improve the quality of operations, enhance the fan experience, and optimise the integration of delivery agencies, in order to deliver future editions of the events to the highest calibre.
