We work with sports federations, committees and governing bodies to help drive maximum impact from community participation to elite sporting performances, as well as the organisations themselves.
Examples include, developing a strategy for the Saudi Surf Federation that scored 5/5 and ranked 2nd out of 66 Saudi sports federations, conducting an operational review of Sail GP’s race series to improve efficiencies and enable it to evolve into a global series, and assessing Abu Dhabi's community and elite sports facilities and infrastructure for the Department for Community Development.
