Team Trivandi have beaten the Olympic Torch!
Not only did we achieve our collective target of 2217km through exercise, to match the distance of the Olympic Torch from Greece to Marseille, France, but we did it with two days to spare!
Well done to all our team who contributed to our challenge – whether it was a swim, morning stroll, cycling, training in the gym or rock climbing, everyone got involved.
Now for the best bit, our Co-founders James Bulley and Paul May have generously agreed to donate £2 per km, which gives us a total donation of £4,434 to the Olympic Refuge Foundation to recognise our ‘Beat the Torch’ achievement.
This donation will go towards 13 programmes across 10 countries, which support displaced young people to find belonging through sport.
Well done Team Trivandi and good luck to the IOC Refugee Olympic Team at Paris 2024. 🤞
