Trivandi Appointed Operational Delivery Partner for USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan
We are proud to announce that we have been selected by the U.S. Department of State as ‘Operational Delivery Partner’ for the USA Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.
This prestigious appointment will see us fulfil a wide range of critical planning and operational functions to deliver an exceptional pavilion and guest experience at Expo 2025, and in doing so, amplify the United States’ leadership on the global stage.

With a commitment to excellence, Trivandi will collaborate closely with Expo 2025 Osaka authorities, the Government of Japan, and U.S. stakeholders to ensure the pavilion becomes a cornerstone of the United States’ participation at Expo 2025. Our comprehensive responsibilities include:
- Staffing and Logistics: Managing recruitment, accreditation, and seamless daily operations.
- Visitor Experience and Hospitality: Creating a safe, welcoming, and uniquely American environment for up to 4 million visitors.
- Public Relations and Media Engagement: Showcasing U.S. values and innovation through impactful storytelling and strategic media campaigns and press relations.
- Events Management and Protocol: Hosting diplomatic and cultural events to foster global connections.
- Entertainment Logistics & Production Delivery: Taking key cultural performers and programming their performances across the Expo period.
- Safety, Security, and Compliance: Adhering to local laws, Expo regulations, and U.S. government requirements to ensure the highest standards.
Trivandi will manage all operational delivery aspects until the pavilion is returned on following the completion of Expo 2025 Osaka.

About the USA Pavilion
The USA Pavilion invites visitors to think in new ways about what is possible as they make their way through immersive exhibits.
The USA Pavilion is located in the “Empowering Lives” zone, closest to the East Gate (near the Yumeshima metro/subway of the Chuo Line).
The USA Pavilion is 31,000 square feet (2,880 sq meters) and operates every day throughout the course of Expo 2025 Osaka.
Trivandi at Expo 2025
In addition to being appointed as the Operational Delivery Partner for the USA Pavilion, Trivandi is honoured to have been selected by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT),, in partnership with Global Hospitality Group (GHG), to deliver venue operations at the Australia Pavilion. Together, we will oversee the operational management of the pavilion, including guest experience, food, beverage, and retail. Trivandi has also been engaged on a third pavilion, providing design and construction advisory, financial planning, and PMO services.
